Section 1 · Access and Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned.

Section 3 · Orders & Contract Formation

Product listings are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. By completing checkout, you make a binding offer to buy.

The contract is formed when we send a separate order acceptance email or dispatch your goods — whichever comes first.

DynamoUK reserves the right to decline any order for any reason. Cancellation after acceptance may not always be possible, but your statutory right to cancel is not affected.

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases.

Section 5 · Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once goods are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation.

🔄 Section 6 · Returns & Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at support@dynamoshop.uk before the 14-day period expires.

Returned goods must be in their original condition. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for your original purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a repair, replacement, or full refund.

As our platform is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal data to provide and improve the Services. We comply with our obligations under applicable data protection laws in connection with our UK operations.

Section 10 · Disclaimer & Liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be limited under UK law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hongkong. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hongkong.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
