Where is my parcel?
As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery usually takes a few business days.

My tracking number is not working?
Don't worry! It can take up to 5 business days for the courier to update the first location scan in their system. Please be patient.
What if a product is defective?
If a product arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photos of the damage to support@dynamoshop.uk. We will find a solution quickly!
Why did I receive multiple parcels?
For logistical reasons, some products are shipped from different warehouses. It is completely normal for parts of your order to arrive on different days.
